Both plans include 25 successful searches per membership month. A combined sale-and-rental search counts as one. Failed or partial searches do not count; a successful search with no listings does count. Cached repeat results do not use another search.
Your allowance resets on your subscription’s monthly anniversary in UTC, using the last day of shorter months. Unused searches do not roll over. Annual members receive a fresh allowance each month.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal from your account; access continues through the paid period. Listing availability is not guaranteed.

- Search active U.S. homes for sale and rental listings with an eligible paid membership.
- Fill the mortgage calculator from a selected sale listing, or paste a full Zillow or Redfin property link to look up its address through RentCast.
- Adjust the mortgage rate, down payment, taxes, insurance and HOA for your own situation.
Listing prices and availability can change. Missing costs still need to be entered and verified.
